Policies
Each appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalized, luxury experience. The following policies ensure we are able to honor that standard for every guest.
Booking & Reservation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a 15% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer is applied toward your total service.
For extension services, hair purchases are separate and required in advance to secure your installation.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your retainer
Same-day cancellations will incur a 50% service fee
No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may result in restricted future booking access
Arrival Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, we ask that you arrive on time.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this time:
Your appointment may be canceled
Your retainer will be forfeited
A 50% service fee may apply
Client Agreement
By reserving an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
This allows us to maintain the highest level of service, time, and care for each guest.
